Project 1571

The new water system will prevent waterborne illnesses and improve the community’s health and hygiene by avoiding unsanitary water sources.

Rainbow Network Water – San Andrés Village – Ciudad Sandino, Nicaragua

Every day, as many as 200 people living in San Andrés Village — plus 80 more people from the surrounding community of Ciudad Sandino — drink water contaminated by bacteria and parasites. They also bathe and wash their hands with water that causes dangerous skin ailments — all because there is no clean water source for miles.

You can help stop this cycle of despair. A gift to Cross International will enable one of our trusted ministry partners, Rainbow Network, to bring fresh, clean water to this community.
